My jerky has white spots on it. What is that?

The white material you're seeing in your jerky is most likely the fat content from the beef we use in our jerky.. Although, we always strive to keep our jerky as lean as possible, the natural variance in fat content from piece to piece might result in some white residue on the surface during packaging. No worries though, it's a common occurrence and our product is still safe to consume.
