Our system automatically prints your shipping label from the address you enter at checkout. Labels are often printed the same day M-F. If the address is incorrect make sure to let us know ASAP and we will update it if we catch it before it ships. If our office is closed, we will contact you the next morning.
If your order already shipped, we can contact UPS to request your package be held for pick up at your local UPS office for free or we can request an address change.

- The address change may also delay your delivery.
- In the event that the package is sent back to us due to an incorrect shipping address, we can offer a refund on the items (minus shipping charges).
- We do not offer refunds or free replacements for a package already delivered to an incorrect shipping address.
