If your order has already entered a shipping status or is already in transit: We may be able to change the delivery address if:
- Shipped via UPS.
- Your shipment has not been delivered or released for delivery.

UPS My Choice® has several services from which to choose:
- Deliver to Another Address: Have your package delivered to another address. Note: Changing the delivery address of your package could delay your scheduled delivery date. Additional transportation charges may apply.
- Deliver to a UPS Access Point™ Location: Have your package delivered to a UPS Access Point location and collect it at a time that best suits you.
- Hold for Will Call: Have your package held for collection at a UPS Customer Centre. (NO CHARGE)
UPS Intercept Fees
All UPS Intercept services are $5 while using your own UPS My Choice account with the exception of the Will Call option, which is free.
Shipping Address Errors
Our system automatically prints your shipping label from the address you enter at checkout. The Manly Man Company is not responsible for typos or an address entered incorrectly that result in your package being undelivered or delayed. Please check and double-check your shipping address to make sure it is error-free. We do not offer refunds or replacements for an incorrect shipping address.
