To cancel an order please CONTACT customer service ASAP. Please provide your name and order # to speed up the process. Orders ship M-F at 3 PM Pacific time.
- If you cancel your order before it has been shipped: You will be refunded 100% immediately.
- If your order is already in transit: We will be happy to contact UPS to request a "return to sender" so the parcel is rerouted back to us. Once it arrives at our facility, you will be refunded (minus shipping fees and a 30% restocking fee).
- If the order is already delivered: We will be unable to cancel your order.
Please note:
-Custom items like meat cards can be canceled or changed, and you can receive a full refund if the request is received prior to the start of production. Production start times are variable, so you will need to contact our customer service department to determine the status of your order; they will be happy to assist you in this process. Any orders that have been started, cannot be canceled.
