Steps to File a Claim

1. Start the Claim
Go to the UPS Claims page and click “Start a Claim.”

2. Log In or Continue as Guest

  • Log in to your UPS account (recommended for full access and tracking)
  • Or use the Guest option for quicker access (ideal for recipients)

3. Enter Shipment Details
